REPORTING AN INCIDENT TAKES THREE STEPS
1
Go to the Security Desk or call the Hotline
The Security Desk at the gate is staffed at all times. If you can't get there, call the Hotline instead - you'll be routed the same way. Bring your college ID.
2
Tell us what's happening
Your name and ID number, where you are, and what's going on. If you're in immediate danger, say that first - we act on safety before paperwork
3
Security and Student Council take it from there
Security responds on the spot, and the Student Affairs Head is notified immediately. They'll take your statement and decide next steps with you - you won't be left to chase anyone down
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU'VE REPORTED IT
Confidentiality
Your report is shared only with the people directly involved in resolving it
Follow-up
Student Affairs checks back in with you within 24–48 hours of your report
Support
Counselling and wellbeing support are offered wherever they're relevant, no need to ask twice
Escalation
Serious cases go further: up to Management, the Internal Complaints Committee, or the police, while keeping you informed
WHO TO CONTACT
Start with the Security Desk or the Hotline - everything else follows from there. These direct lines are here in case you need them.
